GMTV Xmas 2009

Sarah on Andy's shoulders sending home the message to Mum, Dad, Kat and Rob ...and they saw it too!

Yes, this blog should have been started 12 months ago, I know that now but it wasn't done, so the sooner we all get over it the better. It just means we will have to adjust to the fact that some of the posts on here will be going back in time, others will be bang up to date. It is a bit like those films that insist on jumping back in time making the whole thing totally incomprehensible to anyone over the age of 30. And since you ask, yes I am over 30 - thanks for asking.

You know one of the greatest things about being a "grown-up" is that I can start a sentence with "and" without fear of any repercussions. Our old Eng Lang teacher (Reggie Hand I remember him well - BJR?) would have been apoplectic by now - good fella and teacher though.

Anyway back to GMTV, we all went to Sydney in the slim hope of getting featured. To make us more visualamong a crowd of poms several of us sported Norwich City shirts - and in one persons' case a Norwich City babygro.

Having got there quite early we were spotted by a production assistant who was (understandably) more interested in Evie than the Norwich garb. We quickly established that Evie was (in all probability) the youngest pom there, and maybe the youngest pom in the whole of Oz. This was very newsworthy and just what they wanted to feed back to Eamon and Fiona in the studio (or who ever is there these days).
The result was that Josie, Evie and Tori chatted live on the telly with James and Tige there in full view too so every one was seen back home. In the meantime we met an ipswich fan from Felixstowe. He was ok though. To topit off I got aparking ticket. $84. Pah!
